Campus Environment
The total area of the school is 186.5 hectares, including the Cheng-Kung, Sheng-Li, Kuang-Fu, Cheng-Hsin, Tzu-Chiang, Ching-Yeh, Li-Hsing, Tung-Ning, Kuei-Jen An-Nan and Dou-Liu Campuses, and some areas designated for dormitory use. In addition, it also includes various departments,such as the University Administrative Building, the Management Science College , the Liberal Arts College, the Medical College, the College of Social Sciences, the College of Biology and Biotechnology, the College of Sciences, the College of Engineering, the College of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, the College of Planning & Design , the NCKU Library, the NCKU Museum and the NCKU Art Center.

Library
Users need a valid library card to enter the library.
- Campus members which include faculties, staffs, students, and exchange students use the University ID card as the library card.
- The general public who is and over 16 years old can exchange for the “Entrance Card” with a valid photo ID and log in the "Access Application System for NCKU Library Patrons" to enter the library. When leaving the library, the patron should return the “Entrance Card” and retrieve the personal valid photo ID.
Provide a valid ID (passport) to enter the NCKU-library. Please prepare you invitation letter and your passport to borrow books from the library
Restrictions: Foods, drinks (except for pure water), pets and dangerous things are forbidden.

Computer and Network Center
Introduction: The center provides a single window for consulting services. The counter of the services is located at the first floor of the Information Building. Anyone who has questions about related affairs like email account application and authorized software leasing can come to the counter or make a phone call at 06-2757575 ext 61010.
