成大具體措施如下:
一、香港各大學學生,成大歡迎來校就讀,除了銜接學業,成大更已尋求校友捐款等相關資源,協助全面提供生活支持。
二、香港各大學教師與學者即刻可到成大進行短、中、長期研究計劃,提供場域,使其研究不致中斷;若有意願到成大應聘,採即時專案處理。
三、成大有充分的全英語授課課程,可提供國際學生多元豐富的學習環境。
四、Buddy-Buddy program可即時直接支援反映及回應香港師生所需協助。
NCKU is ALL OUT for our Hong Kong academic friends
National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) is offering all-out support to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and international faculty members and students involved in the current critical situations in Hong Kong!
On November 15, NCKU issues another statement concerning the concrete measures we are taking in response to the situations. We have set up hotlines (0909-605916&0974-041479) as well as direct email accounts (em50950@email.ncku.edu.tw & em50120@email.ncku.edu.tw) for further information and consultation.
The concrete measures NCKU is taking are as follows:

NCKU has sought donations from our alumni and other resources to provide the students with complete support during their residence here. - All college faculty members and researchers from Hong Kong can move to NCKU right away to conduct short, medium, and long term research projects. We provide spaces to ensure the researches from interruption. Applications for positions in the school will be treated as special cases to be processed immediately.
- NCKU offers sufficient all-in-English curricula that provide international students with a fruitful and diversified learning environment.
- Our Buddy-Buddy program can directly and immediately reflect the needs and respond to the requests for assistance from the Hong Kong teachers and students.
