In response to the declining of COVID-19 cases, National Cheng Kung University reopens its campus and removes the barriers at the entrances. The university requires all those entering its campus to wear a mask at all times and to use health application KUAP as a pass for campus activities. The campus is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Download the KUAP at https://reurl.cc/emzlbR)

As the domestic COVID-19 cases are declining and in response to the government’s stimulus policies, the university reopens its campus and removes the barriers at the entrances, according to the NCKU COVID-19 Prevention Caucus. Removing the barriers, the university offers its faculty, students, and visitors a safe and more convenient access to the campus space. In order to protect the university’s faculty, students, and staff and its visitors, the NCKU COVID-19 Prevention Caucus urges all that enter the campus follow the COVID-19 prevention policies.

The university has set up the mobile phone application NCKU Announcement Platform, KUAP. Users can keep their records in the KUAP and use it as a pass for campus activities. Visitors to the campus are advised to download and log in on the KUAP to keep track of their health conditions, so the application can be used as a pass for campus activities. Visitors are required to wear a mask at all times in order to stop the spread of the virus. In addition, as instructed by the Ministry of Education, all departments and administrative units should continue to implement entry regulations, including ID verification, body temperature measurement, and real-name registration, for spaces under its management. The related policies will be adjusted according to the conditions of the virus spread.
