In her remarks, President Su said, “For students who have come to join NCKU from far land, I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for having entrusted us for the opportunity to facilitate your study away from home. It has been a privilege having you in this campus over the past years, and to become your alma mater after this day.”
She continued, “We hope we have been able to share with you the best we have and are hopeful that you will bring back even the better you are able to achieve in your life in the form that is meaningful to the betterment of the common world we share in the future.”
She said, “I know the journey is long! But, take all the blessings from NCKU and enjoy every moment of your endeavors, and do remember this will always be your home away from home.”
