NCKU Signs MOU with Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava

NCKU and STU will join forces to cultivate talents with the power of both industry and academia
National Cheng Kung University signed a memorandum of understanding with Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STU) on December 9, connecting technological talents in semiconductor industry between Taiwan and Europe. Aiming to establish a collaborative relationship in comprehensive fields, the two schools will join forces to cultivate talents with the power of both industry and academia. The two schools will begin joint research projects in terms of electronics, semiconductor technology, materials science, and sustainable manufacturing.
Representatives from STU arrived in Taiwan along with the Slovak delegation on December 5. NCKU and STU establish collaborative relationship, fostering communication between scholars of both schools in the fields of photonics and semiconductor technologies. The MOU between NCKU and STU is expected to be a cornerstone for realizing talent cultivation for the industry and the society in higher education.
